REPRODUCTIVE HORMONES

SENSITIVE ESTRADIOL (SENS E2) — The primary estrogen in women, central to the menstrual cycle, bone health, and mood. The sensitive measurement gives more precision, which matters most when levels are low or fluctuating.

PROGESTERONE — Works in balance with estrogen across the menstrual cycle, playing a key role in your cycle and in early pregnancy.

TESTOSTERONE — Present in smaller amounts than in men, but important for women's libido, energy, and muscle tone.

FREE TESTOSTERONE — The active portion your body can actually use, often a more meaningful measure than total testosterone alone.

DHEA-S (Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulphate) — An adrenal hormone that acts as a building block for both estrogen and testosterone.

PITUITARY HORMONES

LH (Luteinising Hormone) — A pituitary hormone that triggers ovulation and helps regulate your menstrual cycle.

FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) — A pituitary hormone that stimulates egg development, making it a key fertility marker.

PROLACTIN — Best known for milk production, it's also present at other times, and levels help round out your hormonal picture.

FERTILITY & OVARIAN RESERVE

AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) — One of the most reliable indicators of ovarian reserve, the number of eggs remaining. It stays stable across your cycle, so it's meaningful at any point in the month.

SHBG — A protein that binds sex hormones and controls how much is available for your body to use, which makes it key to reading your true levels.

ALBUMIN — Another protein that binds sex hormones, used together with SHBG to calculate your free hormone levels accurately.

THYROID FUNCTION

TSH — The main screening marker for thyroid function, the system that helps regulate your metabolism and energy.

FT4 (Free Thyroxine) — The active thyroid hormone, read alongside TSH for a fuller picture of how your thyroid is working.
