1. Overview
CLIAwaived, Inc., owner of the Test Yourself @ Home brand, is committed to processing and shipping all orders in a timely and accurate manner. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through this website and is governed by the laws of the State of California.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST on a Friday will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a further notification when your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
3. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more shipped within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and fulfilled via UPS Standard, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage, at the discretion of CLIAwaived, Inc. Please note that free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders below $50.00, or orders shipping outside the continental United States, will be charged shipping at the applicable rate based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.
4. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
• UPS Standard — estimated 3-5 business days
• USPS First Class Mail — estimated 3-5 business days
• USPS Ground Advantage — estimated 2-5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail — estimated 1-3 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. CLIAwaived, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Shipping Rates
For orders under $50.00, or for orders shipping outside the continental United States, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery destination. CLIAwaived, Inc. reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
6. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are shipped from our facility in Carlsbad, California. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. CLIAwaived, Inc. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Test Yourself @ Home products are only available for shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. This policy is subject to change and we encourage customers to check back for updates.
8. Mail-In Blood Spot Kit — Return Shipment
For customers using our mail-in dried blood spot collection kits, a pre-paid return shipping label and collection materials are included in the kit. Please follow the enclosed instructions carefully when preparing and mailing your sample to our accredited laboratory partner. CLIAwaived, Inc. is not responsible for samples lost, damaged, or delayed in transit once handed to the carrier.
9. Rapid At-Home Test Kits
Rapid at-home test kits are shipped directly to your delivery address and do not require any return shipment. Results are obtained at home following the enclosed instructions.
10. Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local carrier before contacting us. CLIAwaived, Inc. will work with the carrier to investigate any lost shipment claims, however we cannot guarantee resolution or replacement in all cases.
11. No Returns on Shipped Orders
Please note that in accordance with our No Returns Policy, all Test Yourself @ Home products are non-returnable once shipped. Please review our full No Returns Policy for further details.
