FOLATE — A B vitamin essential for red blood cell production, cell growth, and energy. This test measures the folate in your blood plasma, which reflects your recent dietary intake.

VITAMIN B12 — Supports healthy nerve function, red blood cell formation, and energy. Since it comes mainly from animal-based and fortified foods, your body relies on a steady intake.

VITAMIN D — Plays a key role in bone strength, muscle function, and immune health. Your body makes it when sunlight hits your skin, and it's also found in some natural and fortified foods.
